ALTERNATE DELEGATE'S ALCOVE

As Alternate Delegate for Panel 58, my goals are:
1. Give bilingual writing workshops to all interested districts.
2. Have writing workshops at Assembly and Area World Service Committee (AWSC) meetings.
3. Promote Forum subscriptions to all our Area members.
4. Promote the use of The Forum at all group meetings as an excellent tool.
5. Encourage new Group Representative's (GR's) through New GR Orientation at Assemblies.
6. Get one question from each district for selection for Red Light/Green Light.
         a. Upload research to the website on the same day as presentation at Assembly.
7. Recognize all writers from our Area published in The Forum by district.

• Question 1 - The GR's vote our Area Public Outreach Coordinator into service and the GR's vote to approve a Public Outreach budget.  Our Public Outreach Coordinator is one of our trusted servants.  Do our Concepts support the Area processing its Public Outreach projects before Assembly when the budget for such activities has already been approved? ​
