PROCEDURES

Procedures describe each step in a specific task or project.  Following each step as described will ensure the procedure is carried out correctly.  Procedures must align with Area policy.

POLICIES

Policies grew out of questions and experiences from the Area as well as the worldwide Al-Anon fellowship.  They are interpretations of our basic guides, the Twelve Traditions, and the Twelve Concepts of Service.
